Job Title: Video Editor (Meme + AI + Performance Content)

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹40,000/month

We’re looking for a fast, internet-native Video Editor who understands content, not just editing. Someone who can turn raw ideas into viral-ready videos — memes, reels, ads, and AI content.

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content) at high speed
• Create meme-based content with strong timing, humor, and relatability
• Work on brand campaigns, performance ads, and viral content formats
• Use CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects for editing
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, hooks, and retention edits
• Repurpose content into multiple formats for distribution
• Work with creators and internal team on content ideas + execution
• Use AI tools (like auto-editing, voiceovers, generative visuals, etc.) to speed up production
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and viral editing styles
• Deliver content daily with tight deadlines (speed matters)

• Strong editing sense (cuts, pacing, storytelling, retention hooks)
• Deep understanding of meme culture + Instagram content
• Hands-on with CapCut + Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
• Experience with AI editing tools (basic to advanced)
• Ability to execute ideas fast — not overthink, just build
• Good taste in music, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience working with meme pages / viral content
• Basic motion graphics / VFX
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
• Ability to ideate content, not just execute
