💰 CTC: ₹28–32 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor performance against business targets.
- Oversee commercial and contractual financial matters, including bank guarantees, retention money, and contract compliance.
- Ensure accurate project accounting and revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Drive fundraising initiatives and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, commercial, and operational risks.
- Provide financial oversight for procurement activities and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management dashboards for senior leadership.
- Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
- Manage financial aspects of claims, variation orders, change orders, and dispute resolution.
- Oversee asset management, including plant, machinery, and equipment utilization.
- Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, compliance frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, clients, investors, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts leadership roles.
