• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor performance against business targets.
• Oversee commercial and contractual financial matters, including bank guarantees, retention money, and contract compliance.
• Ensure accurate project accounting and revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Drive fundraising initiatives and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, commercial, and operational risks.
• Provide financial oversight for procurement activities and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and management dashboards for senior leadership.
• Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Manage financial aspects of claims, variation orders, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee asset management, including plant, machinery, and equipment utilization.
• Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, compliance frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, clients, investors, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts leadership roles.
