Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We?re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our ISSUER SERVICES team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you?ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of distributed, microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot. Drive modernization efforts to refactor and modularize legacy systems, improving scalability, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate with product owners, design leads, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and deliver new features on time and with high quality. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Utilize best practices in software development, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards. Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business objectives and client needs. Evaluate and integrate front-end technologies, with Angular experience considered advantageous. Champion the use of enterprise tools and AI-driven automation to optimize engineering processes and platform operations. To be successful in this role, we?re seeking the following Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Extensive experience in full stack Java development with a focus on distributed systems and microservices architecture. 16+ years of experience required for this role. Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and related Java frameworks. Proven track record of leading complex platform modernization projects. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in financial services or related regulated industries. Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted development practices. Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably Angular.
