Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for setting strategic direction, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across key functions at Brilliant Earth-Jewelers. This role oversees cross-functional teams, aligning initiatives in merchandising, marketing, sales, and customer experience with the company’s mission and long-term objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, guiding senior leaders, and making data-informed decisions to improve profitability and scalability. The Senior Vice President collaborates closely with executive leadership to refine corporate strategy, lead change management efforts, and strengthen organizational culture. This role also represents the company in high-level internal and external meetings, building partnerships that support ethical sourcing and brand expansion.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and complex business operations.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading organizational change, scaling processes, and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital collaboration tools to manage teams and projects.
• Advanced degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience strongly considered.
