Job Description
- Lead the UX design process from concept through execution, manage large-scale or complex design challenges, including user research, prototyping, and visual design.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Well-versed in wireframing, Visual designs, information architecture, flow diagrams, concept sketching, and operating design tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate user experiences and design decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Strong visualization and communication skills and ability to make and defend design decisions.
- Knowledge of current UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across mobile and web.
- Presentation skills for communicating design solutions to stakeholders and peers effectively.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer across B2B and B2C segments.
