You?ll work closely with the founders in a small, fast-moving team where design is not a support function but the core driver of product success . What You?ll Do Own the end-to-end design process : user research ? wireframes ? prototypes ? shipped features. Turn raw product ideas and founder inputs into clear user flows and polished UI . Build and scale the design system + visual identity as the product evolves from MVP to mass adoption. Run rapid user testing and iteration cycles to validate and refine. Collaborate tightly with engineering for smooth handoffs and pragmatic builds. Design with business impact in mind ? how UX choices influence retention, monetization, and virality . Balance the craft of detail (typography, micro-interactions) with the speed of execution. What We?re Looking For 5?10 years of experience in UI/UX design (startup and consumer product experience strongly preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first consumer products (entertainment, social, or gaming a big plus). Mastery of design fundamentals: hierarchy, typography, accessibility, and user psychology . Comfort in 0?1 environments : ambiguity, pivots, rapid prototyping. Bonus: motion design, animation, or gamification chops. Immediate joiner ? ready to jump in, not months later.
