Required Skills & Experience
Preferred / Mandatory Experience
- Candidate should have prior recruitment or professional experience with top consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), EY (Ernst & Young), or KPMG.
- Strong understanding of Big 4 / Tier-1 consulting hiring standards, processes, and talent quality benchmarks is highly preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for contract, C2C, and full-time roles across technologies.
- Work closely with account managers, delivery managers, and clients to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source senior and niche IT talent using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, domain experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients and hiring managers.
- Provide market insights (availability, rates, hiring trends) to sales and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, background checks, and documentation.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and recruitment teams.
- Review team submissions for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Set sourcing strategies and drive recruitment KPIs (submissions, interviews, closures).
Process & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Ensure adherence to US staffing regulations (W2, C2C, 1099, visa guidelines).
- Follow internal recruitment processes and client SLAs.
Strategic & Value-Add Activities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
- Improve time-to-fill and submission-to-interview ratios.
- Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
- Participate in rate negotiations and candidate closing.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, ERP, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
