Position: Team Leader – Urban Planning (Tamil Nadu Project)

Location: Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 20+ Years (Post Master’s)

Qualification: Master’s in Urban Planning / Regional Planning / Urban & Regional Planning (or equivalent)

Budget: ₹18 LPA

Key Expertise Required:

• Master Planning / Development Planning

• Land Pooling & Regional Planning

• Urban Development Strategies

• GIS & Spatial Analysis

• Stakeholder Coordination & Policy Development

• Strong Communication Skills in English & Tamil

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 projects handled as Team Leader / Project Director
• Experience in India or International Master Plan / Development Plan Projects
• Strong understanding of urban planning regulations and sustainability practices
• PMP, GISP, or equivalent certifications are an advantage
• Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, or related field
