Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Travel Consultant role based in Sadar. The Senior Travel Consultant will design and manage customized Vietnam travel itineraries for Indian travelers, including leisure, group, and MICE segments. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries from travel agents and corporate partners, preparing detailed proposals and quotations using the company’s tech platform, and ensuring accuracy in pricing, hotel selection, transportation, and activities. The role involves coordinating with local suppliers and hotels, confirming bookings, and monitoring service delivery before, during, and after travel. The Senior Travel Consultant will also resolve on-trip issues, maintain strong relationships with key partners, support event operations for conferences and incentive groups, and contribute feedback to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel consulting, tour operations, or destination management, preferably with exposure to Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
• Strong client service skills, with the ability to understand traveler and agent requirements and convert them into tailored itineraries and proposals.
• Proficiency with travel booking tools and basic tech platforms; comfort working with live pricing, quotations, and itinerary-building systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to present options clearly in writing and over phone or video calls.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Experience handling groups, corporate travel, or MICE movements (incentives, conferences, events) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Sadar, collaborate with a diverse team, and coordinate effectively with overseas offices and suppliers.
• Knowledge of Indian traveler preferences (including food, culture, and travel styles); familiarity with Vietnamese destinations is an advantage.
