About The Role -

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing and selling customized international holiday packages, with in-depth destination knowledge of Europe, Japan or Australia. This role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to create memorable travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities -

• Understand customer requirements and curate customized international holiday packages.
• Design detailed itineraries for destinations across Europe, Japan or Australia, and other international markets.
• Provide expert destination guidance, travel recommendations, visa-related information, and travel advisories.
• Prepare customized costings, quotations, and pricing based on customer requirements and budgets.
• Handle the complete customer journey from lead qualification to post-travel support.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective customer engagement.
• Handle customer queries, itinerary modifications, and special travel requests.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on destination trends, travel regulations, and industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile -

• 4+ years of experience in international holiday sales and customized travel packages.
• Strong destination knowledge of Europe, Japan, or Australia is mandatory.
• Proven experience in B2C travel sales and itinerary planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Experience working with DMCs, travel vendors, and international travel partners will be an added advantage.
