Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Senior Tour Executive & Travel Sales Executive. The role involves designing and managing holiday packages, creating detailed itineraries, and coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. The executive will handle customer inquiries, provide destination guidance, and maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after travel. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, following up with leads, preparing quotations, and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best available options. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, using travel and booking software, and collaborating with the team to improve services and customer experience.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in travel planning, itinerary creation, and package design, with the ability to tailor holidays to diverse customer needs.
- Experience in sales and customer service within the travel or hospitality industry, including lead management, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Proficiency with booking systems, basic office software (e.g., MS Office), and online research tools for destinations, pricing, and availability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and maintain a professional, service-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience as a tour executive, travel consultant, or similar role; familiarity with domestic and international destinations is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
