Senior Test Automation Engineer

What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, company-wide automation frameworks
• Build and maintain AI agents and AI-integrated testing workflows
• Improve test reliability and CI/CD quality practices
• Serve as a technical reference and champion for automated testing across teams
• Mentor engineers and promote automation best practices
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering and DevOps
• Support operational reliability and release confidence
• This position must be remote from Guadalajara, CDMX Mexico, Bogota Colombia

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of automation engineering experience with a software development mindset
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (strongly preferred) or Selenium
• Experience building AI agents or AI-assisted development/testing workflows
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (design, implementation, and maintenance)
• Strong programming and API testing skills
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to accelerate software development, test automation, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability
• Experience with cloud-native testing and CI/CD
• Strong collaboration and technical leadership abilities
• Languages: bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
