The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hustle-driven Technical Recruiter to join our US Talent Delivery team in Bangalore. You'll own the full sourcing and screening cycle for US-based technical roles — such as mobile (iOS/Android), backend, and full-stack engineering.
This is an individual contributor role with clear metrics, real autonomy, and a direct line of sight to impact. You'll work closely with a Delivery Manager and alongside a small, high-performance team running the US shift from India.
If you're the type of recruiter who tracks your own acceptance ratios, knows your sourcing conversion rates, and gets genuinely excited when a candidate clears a tough technical screen — this is your role.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end sourcing for US tech roles: iOS, Android, Python, Java, Full-Stack
- Run outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Findem, GitHub, and email sequences
- Conduct initial candidate screens using Glider AI's platform — including AI-assisted assessments and structured interviews
- Execute call scripts to engage passive candidates and obtain Right-to-Represent authorizations
- Track and hit daily/weekly KPIs: outreach volume, response rates, screens completed, candidates presented
- Submit vetted candidate profiles to the Delivery Manager for client presentation — with notes on comp, availability, and skills fit
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process: follow-ups, reminders, scheduling, status updates
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM; keep pipeline data clean and up to date
- Adapt messaging and outreach strategy based on response rate data — always testing, always improving

What You Bring
- Experience: 2–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruiting
- Tech Depth: Hands-on sourcing for mobile (iOS/Android), backend, or full-stack engineering roles
- Tools: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter/Navigator, Apollo, or similar sourcing tools
- ATS: Comfortable with ATS platforms and keeping pipeline data accurate
- Communication: Strong spoken and written English — you'll engage US candidates and clients directly
- Metrics-minded: Data-oriented: you know your numbers and use them to improve
- Availability: Able to work US shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM IST) consistently — this is a firm requirement
