We’re looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale engineering programs and product releases within Adobe’s Digital Media ecosystem.

This role partners closely with engineering, product, and business leadership to orchestrate complex product launches and ensure millions of Adobe users experience seamless releases.

📍 Location: Noida (Onsite)

💼 Role Type: Contract

💰 Compensation: Up to ₹40 LPA

What you'll drive:

• End-to-end ownership of engineering programs and release cycles

• Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, QA, Content, and GTM teams

• Strategic release planning and execution for large product initiatives

• Proactive risk management, stakeholder alignment, and program governance

• Data-driven program operations using metrics and dashboards

What we’re looking for:

✔ 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in Technical Program Management

✔ Strong understanding of engineering development lifecycle & product delivery

✔ Proven ability to drive complex cross-team programs end-to-end

✔ Experience working closely with engineering leadership

✔ Background in feature rollouts, product launches, or platform initiatives

⭐ Bonus: Experience from high-growth product companies or strong startups
