Role : Senior Technical Lead ? Associate Architect (Microsoft Fabric) Experience : 8-12 years Location : Greater Noida, Work from office 5 days Key Responsibilities: Architect & Design Solutions : Lead the end-to-end architecture of data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Data Engineering Leadership : Guide the data engineering team in building robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines and semantic models. Migration Strategy : Define and implement validation rules, reconciliation mechanisms, and ensure zero data loss during migration from legacy systems to Fabric. Reporting & Visualization : Architect and optimize reporting layers using Power BI, ensuring performance and usability. Governance & Compliance : Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks using Microsoft Purview and Fabric-native tools. Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across Fabric services. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data strategy, roadmap, and architecture patterns. Best Practices & Mentorship : Promote architectural best practices and mentor development teams on Fabric components and modern data architecture. Skills: Min 8 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics. Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, and Power BI. Strong understanding of cloud data architecture, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration. Experience with data governance tools like Microsoft Purview. Hands-on experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, or related technologies are a plus.
