Position: Senior Technical Executive – Maintenance

Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Salary: ₹40,000/- per month

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Department: Maintenance

Location: Gopinathpur Factory (Near Kharagpur)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle overall maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment.
2. Maintain proper alignment of motors, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
3. Ensure smooth operation of mechanical systems, compressors, motors, and related equipment.
4. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance effectively.
5. Diagnose mechanical faults and resolve technical issues promptly.
6. Coordinate with production and technical teams to minimize downtime.
7. Maintain maintenance records, reports, and machine history.
8. Monitor spare parts requirement and inventory.
9. Ensure safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed properly.
10. Supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.

Required Skills:

1. Good knowledge of the Mechanical Maintenance Process.
2. Strong understanding of Compressor Maintenance.
3. Knowledge of Motor Alignment and troubleshooting.
4. Ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
5. Good problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
6. Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the maintenance field.
2. Educational Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3. Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred.

1. Responsible and technically sound professional.
2. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
3. Good team handling and coordination capability.
