Senior Team Lead - Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Team Lead - Developer with strong technical understanding of .NET Core and Angular technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering web application projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for web application development using .NET Core and Angular.
• Manage end-to-end software project delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and support teams.
• Track timelines, risks, and project milestones using task management tools.
• Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, and cost estimations.
• Communicate progress with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to management.
• Manage client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee deployment processes and post-production support.
• Monitor team productivity, performance, and delivery efficiency.
• Define, track, and review employee KRAs and KPIs aligned with project goals.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide improvement guidance.
• Ensure release readiness and deployment coordination.
• Handle change requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience managing application development projects
• Working knowledge of .NET Core, Angular, APIs, and mobile application lifecycle
• Experience using task management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in ERP product environments.
• Jewelry domain exposure is an added advantage.
