Senior Tax Manager

Job Title : Senior Manager – Direct Tax

Qualification : CA (Qualified)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Location - Faridabad

Industry Mandatory : Big 4 (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte)

Reporting Manger : Chief Finance Officer

Job Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Finalization of Corporate Tax Returns/ Wealth Tax Returns/ TDS Returns for all legal entities in India
• Tax advisory on various tax issues and well versed with Domestic law i.e. Income Tax Act and International taxation involving interpretation of tax treaties
• Working knowledge of other laws such as FEMA, Companies Act
• Independently handle assessment/reassessment proceedings including preparation of written submissions and representation before various income tax authorities
• Independently handle DRP and Appellate proceedings including drafting submissions, research and representation before DRP and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
• Assist in Appellate proceedings before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in drafting submissions, research and briefing counsels and representing the matter
• Act as a single point of contact, internally and externally, on all corporate tax matters

Key Qualities and experience

• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work Ethics and Interpersonal skills for liaising with BU Heads
