Job Description

Job Title: Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong screening and assessment skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
