You’ll partner directly with the stakeholders to help shape the talent DNA of the company as we scale. We’re looking for someone who can move fast, hire with sharp judgment, and build strong talent pipelines for niche tech roles.

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in startups
• Strong experience hiring for niche tech & non tech roles
• High bias for speed, quality, and ownership
• Someone already using AI to recruit smarter and faster
