Your impact

  • Talent Sourcing & Strategy
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Junior-mid-level and senior roles.
  • Use job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals for active sourcing.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor benchmarking.
  • Recruitment Operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle Sourcing Screening L1 Interview Coordination of L2/L3 Salary Negotiation Offer Rollout.
  • Ensure strict adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) for all positions.
  • Coordinate recruitment drives, and walk-ins.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, Department Heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and updates.
  • Handle escalations and manage expectations of internal stakeholders.
  • Interviewing & Evaluation
  • Conduct L1 screenings (technical/functional/behavioral).
  • Evaluate candidates experience, stability, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Train panel members on structured interviewing when required.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding
  • Manage salary negotiations within company guidelines.
  • Seek approvals for deviations from respective stakeholders
  • Coordinate offer release, documentation, BGV initiation, pre-joining engagement.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, hiring standards, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking sheets.
  • Ensure all documents (CV, interview feedback, approvals, salary fitment) are complete.
  • Employer Branding
  • Actively participate in employer branding initiatives, social media posts, and career page enhancement.


Here's what you'll need

Education

  • Management Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 9 Years Experince in Talent Acquisition Field.
  • Candidate must have experince in Plant Design Engineering project hiring Experince.
