Experience: 20+ years with engineering academics ?? Full-Time | Flexible Work Environment What You?ll Do: Design, develop, test, and document embedded systems and software components Lead CAPA, field investigations, and platform growth planning Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional global teams Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA Class I-III, ISO, IEC) Drive innovation in system architecture, design, and implementation Must-Have Skills & Experience: ? Strong Embedded C/C++ and RTOS experience ? Firmware and device driver development ? Hardware/software interfacing and system design ? Agile software development, code reviews, metrics tracking ? Experience in medical devices or regulated industries Nice to Have: Qt, SQLite, Linux Yocto, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), UML, OOA&D
