The Senior System Analyst will play a critical role. This role is responsible for delivering technical and process solutions with a primary focus on automotive industry. A successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, an analytical and data-driven mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a professional with high accountability, technical acumen and process expertise who thrives on owning outcomes from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Product Manager & Product Owner to understand business needs, processes and challenges.

· Documentation of current and to-be business processes including high-level system landscape documentation (using visual tools such as Visio/Draw.io).

· Scoping and initial design of requirements for the development of potential data integrations to support operational and strategic processes.

· Analyse, define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and business outcomes.

· Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and gaps across datasets for business teams to resolve.

· Deliver high-quality business and technical documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.

· Lead or contribute to integration implementations and enhancements, ensuring system configurations support business requirements.

· Actively manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables; proactively engage with stakeholders to resolve issues.

· Support testing activities including system integration, UAT and training to ensure successful solution adoption.

· Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g. data, tech, design) to integrate new capabilities and maintain data integrity.

· Partner with multi-cultural global technical teams to deliver technical solutions.

Industry Experience

• Strong experience with databases and APIs highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis business process mapping, and integration solutions
• Experience working in hybrid and waterfall delivery models

Education

· BA foundation certification preferred.

· B.E, B Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or equivalent degree preferred.
