Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture relationships with large enterprises and global brands to drive long-term partnerships and co-innovation opportunities
- Lead brand engagement initiatives, including workshops, customized pitches, and strategic collaborations
- Utilize advanced marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and measure impact
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights using modern techniques such as segmentation, predictive modeling, and data visualization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and product development to align strategies and drive product innovation
- Translate market insights into clear product roadmaps and business strategies
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and competitive movements to maintain market relevance
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to enhance marketing effectiveness and business positioning
- Track and analyze existing market presence to identify expansion and optimization opportunities
- 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in chemicals, industrial products, FMCG, or related sectors
- Strong expertise in market research methodologies, data analysis, and opportunity mapping
- Proven experience engaging with large enterprises or global brands to drive strategic partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a strong focus on business growth
