Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Store Manager to oversee the operations and performance of 2–3 stores within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities and have a proven track record in fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, or lifestyle retail. This role requires a strong focus on sales, operational excellence, team development, and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, profitability, and overall business growth across assigned stores.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and strict adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and sales teams to achieve business and service objectives.
  • Monitor and improve key retail KPIs, including Sales, Conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units per Transaction (UPT), Average Selling Price (ASP), and Productivity.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and superior customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock movement, shrinkage control, and audit requirements.
  • Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and HR teams to execute business initiatives and drive performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance store performance and maximize profitability across all assigned locations.


Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Ethnic Wear, or Lifestyle Retail.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stores or flagship stores with strong operational exposure.
  • Sound understanding of retail operations, business KPIs, inventory management, and customer service standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance through effective team management.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned stores as required.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from reputed Fashion, Apparel, Ethnic Wear, and Premium Retail brands will be preferred.
