Job Summary Core Platform development is spread across multiple cross-functional teams, each building large and complex parts of the MDM platform. Each cross-functional team has a Scram master or senior engineer technically responsible for particular feature delivery which consists of: Presenting solution to Architects Technical drive feature delivery, make decisions, development leadership - distribute tasks across regular engineers Work with QA to review testing approaches, provide all details needed for testing, review test plans Be responsible for all internal feature documentation Job Duties And Responsibilities Work closely with Architects, Scrum master, QA and PM to deliver with high-quality and on-time Complex features development Regular code review and mentoring of regular developers working on the feature Provide good code coverage in unit and integration testing Be ready for everyday technical decisions Professional communication with other cross-functional team representatives, QA Global stakeholder management Be ready for sustenance in areas under engineer's responsibility Leading functionally and mentoring team members. Skills You Must Have 15+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development 10+ years of experience in building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Python Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, software design, and building large, distributed systems Experience in Java performance tuning and troubleshooting Technical mentorship and leadership for junior team members Hands-on technical expertise, comfort with reviewing and writing code Proven ability to deliver solutions, offer implementation support, and engage with customers and partners in an Enterprise Software company for Enterprise customers Skills That Are Nice To Have Experience in customer support in the SaaS area Experience in building scalable distributed data systems using Cloud Technology Technical background with previous development experience for enterprise customers Experience with Big Data Technologies Experience with No-SQL databases Experience with cloud-managed services - AWS, GBT, Azure MS or equivalent experience Why Join Reltio?* Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Group medical insurance including your parents with additional top-up options.
