IFF is a global leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences. We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in VBA Macros to join our team and support our day-to-day business operations through automation and tool development.

Your Focus:

As a Senior Specialist based in IFF Hyderabad, your key responsibilities include Develop and maintain Python scripts, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

How will you contribute:

• Design and maintain advanced Excel tools and dashboards using VBA to automate repetitive tasks and streamline data processing.
• Develop and manage SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries to support document management and workflow automation.
• Build custom business applications using PowerApps to digitize manual processes and improve user experience.
• Create Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting, integrating with APIs and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows.
• Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with organizational data security policies and standards.
• Integrate automation solutions across platforms (e.g., Excel to SharePoint, PowerApps to SQL).
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.
  
  

What will you need t be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Python and VBA Macros development.
• Proven experience in developing and optimizing VBA Macros and strong understanding of Excel automation techniques.
• Working knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or R.
• Experience with data analysis libraries like pandas, NumPy, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
