Role Overview

Lead the architecture and development of Board Support Packages (BSP) for next-generation Devices . Drive technical strategy, ensure seamless system integration, and foster platform innovation using deep Android expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect BSP solutions for embedded systems in smart devices.
• Define hardware-software integration strategies and system-level design.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, software, and product teams.
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and validation of design.
• Mentor senior engineers, set technical direction, and build strong engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 18+ years working in embedded systems/BSP development.
• Expertise in Android OS internals, HAL, and device driver stack.
• Expertise in working on Qualcomm & MTK chipsets
• Proven track record in architecting consumer electronics (preferably wearables or AR).
• Deep understanding of ARM architecture, SoC integration, and power management.
• Advanced leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Programming Language Expertise

• C/C++: BSP, device driver, and hardware abstraction.
• Java/Kotlin: Android framework and application integration.

JavaScript: Automation, scripting, and testing tasks.

AOSP Architect (Smart Wearables & Glasses) – 18+ Years Experience

Role Overview

Design and architect Android Open Source Project (AOSP) platforms powering smart devices. Define technical vision for scalability, security, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AOSP-based embedded platforms for next-gen devices.
• Set system architecture, security, and scalability specifications.
• Lead customization, feature integration, and performance tuning of platforms.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, and software engineering teams.
• Mentor senior engineers, drive technical vision, and elevate teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 18+ years in embedded systems/AOSP development.
• Deep experience with AOSP customization, bring-up, and Android internals.
• Expertise in working on Qualcomm & MTK chipsets
• History architecting solutions for wearables, AR, or consumer-grade electronics.
• Broad knowledge of system security, OTA, and device management.
• Leadership and multi-disciplinary collaboration skills.
