This position is designed for seasoned telecom sales engineers who are passionate about presenting customers with cutting-edge solutions. You'll engage in customer discovery sessions to extract their essential technical needs, develop insights into their implementation approach, and align integration pathways with our product capabilities. Instead of merely compiling customer feature requests for the Professional Services team, you will gain deep comprehension of customer challenges and determine the most suitable solutions for their environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the interface and functionality of Totogi's platforms
• Engaging with customer subject matter experts to uncover pain points, technical needs, and validation criteria
• Creating Solution Scopes for the Professional Services team that connect customer requirements with Totogi's product offerings

• Executing sales transactions with customers
• Producing boilerplate Solution Scopes that ignore the unique requirements of each customer

• Drive new business opportunities by creating tailored solution scopes that demonstrate how Totogi products satisfy customer requirements
  
  

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical presales capacity selling business support systems (particularly online charging systems) to telecommunications companies
• Comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications industry monetization and business support sector
• Capability to develop code that interfaces with GraphQL APIs

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
