Job Title: Senior Test Engineer – Manual & Automation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer with expertise in both manual and

automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal

candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in designing and

executing test strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API
• applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team to identify and resolve defects.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright,

Appium).

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure CI/CD integration for automated tests.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
