Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We're looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join Datanuum, a fast-growing SaaS company developing an enterprise Customer Engagement & Retention Platform with a special focus on leading healthcare organizations across the GCC and beyond. 

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preferred)

Ideal Candidate Profile

·      Total QA Experience: 7 Years

·      Manual Testing: 6 Years

·      API Testing: 4 Years

·      Automation Testing: 2 Years (Selenium)

·      SaaS Product Experience: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across platform modules and workflows.
• Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Execute regression, smoke, sanity, functional, and UAT testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Validate enterprise workflows, integrations, customer journeys, and loyalty features.
