Job Title: Senior Software Engineer(.Net Full Stack & AI) Location: Bangalore/Coimbatore Job Type: Full-Time Immediate joiners or notice period of less than 10 days are needed Purpose Assist with the development and maintenance of software solutions for new and existing projects. Deep technical skills are required, along with an ability to understand how all pieces fit together and are validated in a complex, distributed system. Duties and Responsibilities Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in guidelines and procedures Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Actively participates hand on in product development and roadmap definition Develop prototypes to prove the solutions business value to the Product Requirements Represents technical viewpoint for various technologies during strategic planning Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts, solutions, technical feasibility & risks with them Support Developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities Participate in knowledge-sharing code reviews Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Experience 7+ years’ experience in software development Healthcare experience / RCM applications knowledge / project experience preferred Experience working with global team and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and agile development Required skills and knowledge Expert in C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core Strong knowledge of MVC, REST APIs AI/ML Tooling: Azure AI Foundry, Databricks Mosaic, Azure AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search Git, CI/CD, Release Management Logging, Monitoring, Troubleshooting Strong OOP and design pattern expertise Experience designing scalable systems Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (C#) – Cypress/Playwright/Selenium Good to have technical skills DevOps & CI/CD: Azure DevOps (preferred), GitHub Actions, Jenkins Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP Security & Identity: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Azure AD SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning Preferred skills and knowledge Ability to solve problems quickly and completely Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment Possesses a positive attitude and ability to think outside the box Understands and anticipates the possible failures in a growing system and knows how to prevent them Utilizes source control with multiple concurrent branches Must possess hands on technical skills, along with an ability to work independently or under limited supervision & guidance Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
