About the Role The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that complies with Xebia coding standards and contributing to the architecture and design of the team?s development work. Responsibilities Ensure all software delivered is of a high quality and complies with Xebia coding standards. Ensure agreed upon development processes, procedures and best practices are adopted and followed. Contribute to the architecture and design of the team?s development work and ensure it is fit for purpose. Identify, communicate and help mitigate risks. Identify, promote, implement and adopt relevant industry best practices, processes and technologies. Contribute to the coding and development of feature work. Qualifications: B.Tech/BE/MCA Experience Required: 7-10 Yrs Mandatory Skills, Knowledge or Experience: A proven track record developing large-scale, enterprise level applications in a commercial environment. Solid experience/knowledge of an enterprise level relational database management system (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). Proficient with the Microsoft .NET framework and development environment including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework and Visual Studio. Experience of web-based client-side technologies (ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.). Experience of working with a version control system such as Git. Experience of working with Delivery tools such as Azure Devops. Experience of working with Delivery Automation mechanisms such as Azure Devops Pipelines, Jenkins, etcetera. A high understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
