Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – SAP S/4HANA to join a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, and development, along with the ability to analyze business requirements, configure solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and business processes.
• Analyze, design, configure, develop, test, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
• Design scalable software architectures and recommend appropriate technologies and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and system integrations where required.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to coding and development best practices.
• Follow Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and test-driven development principles.
• Implement security best practices, including data protection, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, or development.
• Strong experience working as an SAP S/4HANA Analyst.
• Expertise in SAP HANA.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, solution analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) payment and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Intercompany Billing (IHB) modules.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language or working knowledge of two programming languages.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, APIs, microservices, and database optimization.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of application security and quality assurance processes.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of modern software frameworks and emerging technologies.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Relevant technical certifications.
