Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce Primary Cloud

We are looking for a Salesforce Primary Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and will work closely with business stakeholders to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning framework
• Customize and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements
• Build reusable and responsive UI components using LWC
• Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch, and schedulers
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and governor limits
• Support deployments, releases, and post-production issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps processes

Requirements

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Lightning App Builder and declarative features
• Understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing, Permission Sets)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good communication and stakeholder-handling skills
