Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce CPQ

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce CPQ to join our team and drive the design, development and integration of Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in Salesforce development, stakeholder management and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations effectively
• Perform thorough requirements gathering to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives
• Leverage technical expertise to architect, design and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Translate complex technical details into clear, non-technical language to ensure solutions align with organizational goals
• Develop custom applications, user interfaces and integrations using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components and web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Work with Salesforce APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between Salesforce and other platforms
• Maintain an understanding of integrations with systems like Zuora and Eloqua, utilizing this knowledge to enhance system functionality
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables on schedule

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Salesforce developer with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture and its limitations
• Proficiency in programming languages including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile development
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Salesforce developer certifications such as Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable
• Salesforce CPQ experience is required
