We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer / Lead with strong expertise in enterprise-scale automation solutions, especially within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying robust RPA solutions using UiPath along with strong technical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath

Develop scalable and reusable automation workflows using RE Framework

Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications

Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

Lead end-to-end enterprise RPA implementations and delivery activities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, BA teams, architects, and developers to gather requirements and define automation solutions

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps best practices during development and deployment

Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of automation workflows

Manage bot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring through UiPath Orchestrator

Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team

Implement intelligent automation capabilities using OCR, Document Understanding, and AI/ML integrations where applicable

Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and operational guides

Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are followed, especially within Banking & Financial Services processes

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development

Expertise in RE Framework

Experience in API integrations

Strong knowledge of SQL databases

Experience implementing effective exception handling strategies

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale RPA implementations

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices

Hands-on experience implementing UiPath RPA use cases in Banking & Financial domain (Mandatory)

Experience in bot deployment, monitoring, and production support

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams

Good to Have Skills

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification

Experience with AI/ML integrations

Knowledge of OCR and Document Understanding

Exposure to intelligent automation and cognitive automation solutions

Experience with orchestrator management and automation governance

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments
