Reporting Structure Project Manager Requisites Education Qualification B.E/ MCA Overall Experience 4-6 years Total & Relevant Experience (years) 4-6 years Designation/Role Senior Software Engineer Location: Mumbai Working Hours Full Time Role Summary What you will be doing: As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a small competent team that works on modern applications contributing in all phases of the development process. You will be involved in development and customer liaison, supporting business objectives while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through coding and into testing. Core Responsibilities A Senior Full Stack Engineer is expected to spend a significant amount of their time hands-on in the production of software for NECSWS products. Prepare and produce releases of software and push into production. Discuss requirements with customers and identify potential solutions. Develop application logic and associated user interfaces for required changes. Setup infrastructure (IaC) needed to support updates. Work with members of the teams to ensure customer-centric development of features. Develop and improve the testing strategies (unit test, integration testing, etc) using suitable testing libraries. Solve problems. Conduct code reviews. Investigate new technologies. Provide support for production systems. Offer responsive support to customer-reported issues. Analyze logs to identify issues and provide solutions. Growth and Development Develop new skills by working with other members of the team. Lead and partake in technical discussions within the team. Actively identify and complete opportunities for self-training and external training. Python development experience for the backend. Able to design and develop clean and easy-to-use user interfaces. Backend programming experience for web applications (CRUD). Comfortable speaking to users to gather requirements. Basic familiarity with core serverless AWS components and Infrastructure-as-Code. A track record of delivering software features into production.
