Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead Python development for enterprise-grade applications.
• Drive architecture, technical design, and code quality initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Design background workers, asynchronous services, and data pipelines.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Team Mentoring

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Support technical growth through knowledge sharing and code reviews.
• Provide constructive feedback and technical guidance.

DevOps & Cloud

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, demos, and technical reviews.
• Deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions aligned with business goals.
