Technical Skills Primary Responsibilities The Purpose of This Role You will be responsible for conducting consultative analytics and creating executive level recommendations for business partners and line finance. You will also provide a broad range of ad hoc analytical support as needed. The analyses and insights delivered are critical components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making. Willingness to work in rotating shifts (16x7 coverage). Proficient in writing SQL and PLSQL queries for data access and debugging. Expertise in log checking, file navigation, and SFTP. Experience with observability tools like DataDog. Cloud technologies exposure, particularly AWS, S3, and Kubernetes. Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and ITSM processes. Familiarity with batch job scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys.organization Must Have Skills SQL / PLSQL AWS(EC2.S3) Kubernetes, Data Dog, CICD Jenkins Good To Have Skills Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and ITSM processes.
