About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems. In this role, you will design and develop robust microservices, work on API integrations, and contribute to building reliable enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external systems
• Develop scalable solutions capable of handling high-volume data and transactions
• Optimize database schemas and queries (e.g., MongoDB or other databases) for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system performance, availability, and security
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Continuously improve system design, architecture, and engineering practices
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer
• Strong proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and REST API development
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Solid understanding of database design and performance optimization
• Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth, JWT, data encryption)
  

Preferred Skils:

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for asynchronous processing
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack)
• Experience working on enterprise or fintech applications
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
