Senior Software Engineer II

As part of Schneider Electric’s Energy Management – Channel Partner Software Design League R&D team in India, you will provide technical leadership across architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of high-quality software that enables the selling of Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services. This is a highly hands-on role, where you will spend approximately 80% of your time coding and the remaining time reviewing the work of other developers, providing technical direction, and ensuring alignment with the strategy defined by the Software Platform Architect.

• .Lead technical discussions on architecture, system design, API contracts, cloud-native patterns, and UI front-end architecture
• .Enforce coding standards, SOLID principles, design patterns, and overall engineering excellence
• .Conduct deep-dive design and code reviews; mentor engineers and build team capability
