We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AS400 Production Support . In This Role, You Will Perform IBM i job/log analysis and remediation Execute approved changes and patches Coordinate with SMEs for root cause and preventive actions Maintain runbooks and operational documentation To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 2?6 years IT experience with production support exposure IBM i (AS/400) skills: CLLE, RPGLE, DB2/SQL Strong analytical and problem?solving ability Willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night) including weekends Self?motivated; able to work independently ITIL certification Strong communication skills Working knowledge of IBM i tooling (RTC, RDi) Experience with AppDynamics (or similar monitoring) Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum Familiarity with ServiceNow You?ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
