Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (3-6 years) who enjoys building solid backend or full-stack systems and is excited to work closer to AI-powered platforms. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership, where you will contribute to core engineering and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

You will own backend quality, reliability, and delivery of AI-enabled systems.

  • Build Services : Develop scalable backend services using Python or Java.
  • Design APIs : Create reliable REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Work With AI : Integrate LLMs and build RAG-based workflows.
  • Improve Systems : Add monitoring, evaluation, and observability for AI features.
  • Operate in Cloud : Deploy and run services on AWS or GCP.
  • Maintain Quality : Write secure code and take part in reviews and design discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience : 3 to 6 years in backend or full-stack development.
  • Languages : Strong hands-on skills in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
  • Frameworks : Experience with FastAPI, Spring Boot, Django, or Flask.
  • Databases : Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Cloud : Experience with AWS or GCP.

Good To Have (Open To Learning)

  • Exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, or vector databases.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, async programming, or workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
  • Interest in AI evaluations, observability, or voice/real-time AI systems.
