The Role :

We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Engineer to join our Financial Services team. You will drive the design and development of scalable, cloud-based systems, collaborating directly with Senior Architects to define the product roadmap and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Deliver performant, scalable frontend and backend cloud software.
Architectural Collaboration: Partner with Senior Architects on design and technology choices.
Engineering Excellence: Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable codebases.
Mentorship: Guide and coach team members to align development with product requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

Experience : 6+ years in Software Development with a background in Product-based companies.
Education : B.Tech or Dual Degree from Tier 1 Institutes (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, DTU, or equivalent).
Tech Stack (Backend) : Strong proficiency in Python or NodeJS.
Tech Stack (Frontend) : Expert-level React skills.
Core Languages : Deep experience with TypeScript.
Systems & Data : Hands-on experience with message-based systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis).
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Preferred Attributes

Domain Expertise : Previous experience in FinTech, Payments, POS, or Retail product environments.
Leadership : Proven track record of mentoring and coaching junior developers.
