Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri Job Purpose Finacle FD Core Application Delivery & Support. Duties And Responsibilities Technical Skills: ?Working experience on Finacle-10x requirement and product capability along with Customization. ?Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL. ?Experience in handling Finacle Interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Finacle Integrator). ?Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers. ?Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu, Reports - MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process and debugging). ?Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) and customization development related to Finacle application. ?Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting and Report designing is must. ?Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same. Functional Skills ?Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge ?Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used. ?Finacle certification from Infosys will be added advantage ?Finacle CRM ?Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices Soft Skills ?Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization. ?Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management. Key Decisions / Dimensions ?Program, test and implement changes/new development and be responsible for production deployment of the same. Major Challenges ?Understanding existing core functionalities & domain by engaging with cross functional teams. ?Interact with onsite coordinator/clients/IT/PMOs/Stakeholders for requirement gathering and effective analysis. Required Qualifications And Experience ?Qualifications Educational ? Graduate Mandatory Technical Skills ?Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve). ?Experience in the Finance Domain is preferred. ?Debugging outbound as well as inbound FI requests. ?Understanding ONS and WEB menu?s code for segregating Frontend and backend logic and Creating custom menus using FSDP tool. ?Customization over product menus as per bank requirements to meet the rapid changes in the banking sector. ?Developing custom Finacle scripts, coms and PL/SQL queries to handle backend customization. ?Experience in Finacle scripting, Finacle Customization, Unix shell scripting and Report designing is must. ?Work Experience 3- 4 years of experience in Finacle Customization/development/Finacle scripting.
