Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML Implementation

Job Description

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end LLMs or foundation model solutions aligned with business and customer needs. Developing prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows. Build and fine-tune agentic workflows, and AutoGen-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and implement AI applications that integrate into customer environments. Building chatbots, copilots, content generators, or automation agents Using frameworks like Autogen, OpenAI API, or Azure OpenAI Service. Implementing guardrails, prompt optimization, and model orchestration. Integrate vector databases and RAG-based applications to enable knowledge-grounded AI solutions. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Contribute to solution architecture, model evaluation, and automation pipelines. Qualifications Required Skills: 4?7 years of experience in AI/ML solutions, including recent work with Generative AI models and frameworks. Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); exposure to C#/.NET is a plus. Experience with AutoGen, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers or similar AI agent frameworks. Good understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Experience with containerization, APIs, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Good to Have: Experience working on AI solutioning or customer-facing projects. Understanding of enterprise integration and system design.
