Highlight of the engagement opportunity Nature of role: Full Time Number of years of experience expected: 5–7 years Core Technologies: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Additional Exposure (Preferred): React Native, NextJS, DevOps Strong understanding of web development fundamentals and technologies, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in relevant programming languages and technologies. Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools. Educational qualification expected: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline. Additional qualifications/ certifications required: Certifications in web technologies are a plus. Preferable additional certifications: None Preferred geography of previous work experience: India/ Europe /APAC/ US Language requirements: Excellent communication skills in English. About the Role We are looking for Senior Frontend Developers who are passionate about building intuitive, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in enhancing our flagship no-code platform, Revolutio , and contribute to its evolution by leveraging modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities Anchor the front-end development projects. Collaborate with development lead, UI/ UX designers and support team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Drive the development lifecycle from requirement analysis to completion and maintenance ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, coding standards and technical design. Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical support and resolution. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices in software development. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay updated on emerging technologies, software development trends, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge. Other Expectations Ownership mindset and hands-on problem-solving attitude. Strong analytical and logical thinking. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Comfortable working on time-bound and challenging projects. Other important information: Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in India Period of engagement: Full time Probation period: 6 months Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive.
