High-Frequency Trading Software Developer Responsibilities Design and develop ultra-low-latency automated trading systems. Enhance system performance using advanced network and systems programming methods. Implement algorithms aimed at minimizing trading latency. Build reliable tools for risk management and performance monitoring. Manage the complete software lifecycle ? from design and deployment to ongoing optimization and maintenance. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering innovation and engineering excellence within the team. Requirements Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from a leading institution. 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in C/C++ , with deep knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms . Hands-on experience with Linux , Python , and shell scripting . Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of TCP/IP , Ethernet , and parallel programming concepts. Prior experience in high-frequency trading , hedge funds , or investment banking , with a proven track record of success.
