Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Senior Software Engineer based in Bhopal. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, including back-end systems and scalable architectures. Responsibilities include writing high-quality, maintainable code, mentoring junior team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimized system performance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and design principles
• Proven expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in Programming languages and demonstrated experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design efficient and scalable solutions
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
• Experience working on AI or data-driven projects is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
